Ghost Poop

  • 1 16-oz. tub frozen dessert topping (Cool-Whip), thawed
  • 12 - 14 oz. chocolate syrup
  • 1 C. mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 C. chopped walnuts (optional)
  • 1/4 C. shredded coconut
  • 1/4 C. chocolate chips

Put the thawed dessert topping in a large bowl, and gradually add the chocolate syrup. Mix while adding, so that the topping turns your preferred shade of brown. Use a little more or a little less syrup, depending on how dark and chocolatey you want your Ghost Poop.Once your whipped topping is the right color and /or taste,  add the marshmallows, nuts (if you're using them), coconut, chocolate chips.Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight, so your Ghost Poop can firm up. This can be spooned into custard bowls, individual graham cracker crust tarts, or just spooned out of the bowl directly.

Fruit Fun

  • 1 large apple, such as an organic Red Delicious
  • 2 small containers of Cherry Vanilla Yogurt (organic)
  • 1/2 c. of Chopped Walnuts (BE CARE OF CHILDREN WITH TREE NUT ALLERGIES!!!)
  • Whipped Cream (optional – homemade is best, using heavy whipping cream and a bit of confectioner’s sugar)
Mom should core and cut the apple into half-inch chunks.
In four parfait glasses, the children should arrange the the ingredients in layers, just making sure the layers are evenly spaced. Top with the Whipped Cream and serve.
This is yummy and delicious for the kids AND parents. The reason I stress organic is because we don’t want to put chemicals into little growing bodies  Smile
